The Mega Moto Mini Bike

Mega Moto 80/105 unboxing and first mod Unboxed and assembled the Mega Moto / Monster Moto rigid minibike frame and added some new handlebars.

QS138 electric mini bike e-bike build PT 1 Preparing the Mega Moto 80/105 mini bike frame for the Electro and Co QS138 motor and Noisy Cricket controller. Added a mono shock, GoPowerSports swing arm kit along with handlebars and risers, front disc brakes, and wheel along with a few other things to get ready for the QS138 motor install.

Does octane booster add power or only detonation protection? Let's find out! Did some 0 to 30 and top speed run with the Mega Moto 212 Tillotson 225 powered mini bike with 87 octane gas? Then added VP Maddative to the 87-octane gas to see if there would be any difference in performance.

Mega Moto 212 gets a Tillotson 225 Installed a Tillotson 225 on the Mega Moto 212. Tested the bike from zero to thirty and top speed.

Mega Moto Custom motor mount exhaust install pt.4 Made a custom motor mount out of a Burris Racing Kart Riser plate and installed it on the Mega Moto 80/105 minibike. Also added a shortened F&B header pipe.

QS120 electric mini bike goes 0 to 30 in 2 seconds! Added a set of 8-inch wheels and tires and a gear ratio change to the Mega moto 80/105/ Coleman RB100 QS120 e-bike. Tested for 0 to 30 and top speed.

65 MPH electric mini bike! Electro and Co kit installed! Installed an Electro and Company TRUMOTO Noisy Cricket controller and an EC4P Brushless motor on the Mega Moto 80/105 mini bike. Tested the bike from 0 to 30 and Top speed.

Mega Moto 212 swing arm kit install and road test Installed a GoPowerSports Mega Moto 212 Rear swing arm kit On the Mega Moto 212 mini bike. Tested the bike in the desert.

Mega Moto 212 breaks 60 MPH with a 223 stroker? Replaced the Tillotson 225 engine with a Predator Hemi-based 223 stroker engine on the Mega Moto 212 minibike to see if it would go faster than 60 MPH. Also tested the bike from 0 to 30 MPH.

Mega Moto stroker build pt 6 Built a 58mm stroker motor for the Mega moto 80/105 minibike. Started out with a Hemi Predator 212 block. Used a 58mm EC carburetor 223/236 stroker crank with a wildcat piston and an EC carburetor rod.

Mega Moto 80 gets faster with a Muffler? Ran the 223-stroker-powered Mega Moto 80 minibike at top speed with the straight F&B header pipe. And then installed an RLV Stock 1 5/16" Muffler and ran the same top speed test to see if there was any loss or gain in performance.

Mega Moto 80 E-bike swingarm build PT.3 Installed a KTM65 shock on the Mega Moto 80 swingarm along with street tires and control box mount.

Mega Moto 80 mono-shock swing arm install Installed a Swingarm on the Mega Moto 80 frame to get the bike ready for a 3000W 72-volt E-bike build.

Mega Moto handlebar riser install and test ride Installed some 3 1/2 inch handlebar riser mounts on the mega moto minibike. Took the bike out for a quick test ride to finish breaking in the engine.

Mega Moto gas tank install pt.5 Made up some custom motor mounts for the Mega moto minibike project to mount the gas tank on the engine and between the frame rails.
